Ásdís Hjálmsdóttir (born 28 October 1985 in Reykjavik) is an Icelandic javelin thrower. She represented her country at the 2008 Olympic Games and has also competed at the 2006 and 2010 European Championships and 2009 World Championships. Her personal best throw is 61,37 metres, achieved in May 2009 in Reykjavík. This is the current Icelandic record. She is coached by Stefán Jóhannsson.
